Hikari Staple Medium Floating Pellet Food is an economical, daily diet for Koi as well as other pond fish. It contains all the basic nutrition your fish need to live a long and healthy life. High in stabilized Vitamin C, Hikari Staple promotes resistance to stress and immunity to infectious disease.

The nutritional floating pellets allow for easy monitoring of the amount of food eaten, which helps eliminate over-feeding. The high digestibility of this formula reduces waste and allows for clearer, cleaner water.

Includes all the premium nutrition your goldfish or koi need to grow strong. Expect healthy growth and excellent form when using this diet on a daily basis. Recommended for all Koi as a daily diet where improved growth is desirable.

Feeding Suggestions: When water temperature is consistently above 60°F, feed one to two times daily. When water temperature is consistently above 70°F, feed two to four times daily. Do not exceed the amount your fish will eat within three to five minutes of feeding. Remove all remaining food after the feeding period to avoid over-feeding and the water quality problems which can result.
