Frequently Asked Questions

To check the status of your order, go to My Account > My Orders and find the Order Status for the order.
Processing: This means we’re currently processing and packing the order. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
Complete: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a button to track your package.
Most orders ship the same day or the following day. Shipping time varies based on your location and the shipping option you selected during checkout.
We ship most orders via either FedEx or USPS.
No. If you are not home, the carrier will leave the package at your door.
Shipping is free if your order reaches our minimum order amount. Shipping for orders below that amount will vary based on the items in the order. Shipping options and prices will be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to placing your order.
