Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. We will refund to your original form of payment.
Returns due to product defects or damage in transit will be fully refunded, including shipping charges.
Returned items that are NOT due to defects, shipping errors or damage in transit must be unused and unopened. A 15% restocking fee will apply to these items. Return shipping will be at customer's expense.
If you wish to have the items replaced, please submit a new order for those items.
